This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (referred to as the “website” or “site”), including any data you may provide through the website when you sign up to become a maker or to receive our marketing materials.

Automatically collected information:

  • Technical Data – When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about the device(s) you use to access our website including information about your browser type and version, your internet protocol (IP) address, location, time zone, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
  • Usage Data – As you browse the Site, we collect information about how you use our website, the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. 

Information you provide us with when you purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our site, when you create an account or sign up or to receive marketing materials:

Please note that we do not store or process your financial information ourselves, they are processed and automatically stored via one of our contracted third party service providers. We do not store payment details and they are entered on a separate page hosted directly by the payment gateway, who encrypt and authenticate the data.

Profile Data – usernames and email address, your login data, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

  • Marketing and Communications Data – preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

We also collect, use and share aggregate and/or anonymised data (“Aggregated Data”) such as statistical or demographic data for analytical purposes.

When you place an order on our website, that information will also be received by the relevant seller on our marketplace so that they can fulfil and manage your order as part of the sales process we provide you under our Terms and Conditions.

  • The seller (name and contact details) will be as identified on our site. You will be able to contact the seller directly through our website with any questions or concerns.
  • The seller will process your personal information for the purpose identified above, namely to manage your order.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. Where applicable the site will ask customers to confirm/verify their age of 18+ in order to complete the purchase.
