UK Orders-

We use Royal Mail 1^st class mail - Delivery should be 48 hours after shipping.

International orders –

Please get in touch, the price for international shipping is dependent on the weight and dimensions of the box. I will always find the best price for you. I have many overseas customers, so I’ve had lots of experience finding the best solution.

We use good quality sturdy packaging to keep items safe during transport and to use recycled packaging where possible.

We will use the most cost effective and reliable method to reduce costs and wastage.

Refund Policy

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel.

Please check your order for damage immediately, returns and replacements for damaged items must be initiated within 5 days of receipt.

If you have changed your mind and just wish to return your item, please contact me to discuss the return.

Returns are made at the buyers cost and you must re use the original packaging, wrapping it in exactly the same way it was wrapped when you received it. For security, I suggest you send it back to me using Royal Mail 1^st class post. Once I have received it, I will check it over to ensure it is in a perfect resaleable condition and then make your refund.
