Shipping Policy
I aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days, using Royal Mail signed for 2nd class.
Refund Policy
Refund will be authorised on all items EXCEPT earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Items will need to be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Customer will need to pay the return shipping fees and ensure the shipping method is secure (either with a signature or a tracking number).
Once the items have been received back, refund will take place within 3 working days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Those are all possible within reasons and as long as the customer contacts me by email or phone call within 7 days from the day of purchase.
