Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping to only the United Kingdom, with Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class.

All UK orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and can be expected to arrive after 2-5 working days. If you require a faster delivery, send us an email at thekaardstudio@gmail.com and we can try to sort something out.

Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at thekaardstudio@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage/faulty items and any other relevant information that will help us sort the issue for you asap.

If you're looking to return an order/item that isn't damaged or faulty, we will accept returns with the product in the original packaging and unopened. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thekaardstudio@gmail.com.

If you contact us outside of the 14 day window after delivery unfortunately we will not be unable to process or accept your return/exchange.

We are a small business running from home. Currently we do not have the ability to cover returns/exchange costs (with the exception of damaged/faulty items). If you have any issues please email us so we can sort out your query at thekaardstudio@gmail.com
