Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days of received payment.
All items will be sent by 1st class.
Please get in touch if you’d like your item sooner or sent by courier or recorded delivery.
Refund Policy
Re-loved items are made from washed up sea-treasures, and as such, are naturally and gloriously imperfect. All item descriptions have been written in good faith and to the best of my knowledge, and photographs shared to show as fair and accurate representation of the item as possible.
If an item is damaged from production however - for example, a chain or a link has broken or the "stone" has fallen away from its setting, then these items may be returned. Faulty items will need to be returned in their original packaging.
Please contact me to discuss within 14 days of receipt of your order with images of the item and packaging.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of order. The order cannot be cancelled once it has been sent out.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed if an item is faulty.
Returns must include the original packaging and are at the buyer’s expense. This will be by bank transfer and no cash refunds will be given.
